The Marksman reactively executes a ranged attack in response to one of two triggers:
  • Enemy Attack Action against an ally:
    Targets the attacker. On hit, target gets attack penalty [PV]. On miss, the target has Disadvantage 1 on the attack roll.
  • Ally Attack Action against an enemy:
    Targets the ally's target. On hit, target gets defense penalty [PV]. On miss, the target has Disadvantage 1 on the defense roll.
This skill is only usable up to [PV] times each Phase.
